At Milliken, we invest in more than just our innovations. From our perspective, ‘doing good’ means directly impacting the communities where our associates live and work for the better.

We are honored to work with various groups and organizations to support our communities and create a better place where future generations can thrive and continue to innovate.

Habitat for Humanity

Our associates proudly share their time building hope with Habitat for Humanity. Most recently, a volunteer group in Spartanburg, South Carolina joined forces to frame a new space.

Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System Criterium

As a supporter of Partners for Active Living, a recipient of Milliken’s 2016 Community Impact Campaign, we were thrilled to be one of the sponsors of their closed-circuit, multi-lap cycling race through Downtown Spartanburg on April 28, 2017. We are proud to partner alongside Partners for Active Living to invest in the wellness of the Spartanburg community - whether it’s funding community park amenities or cheering on cyclists as they sped by during the Criterium.

Spartanburg Academic Movement

Our very own Craig Haydamack, Milliken Senior Vice President of Human Resources, has joined an inspiring board of Spartanburg Academic Movement community leaders. The group champions educational achievement and aims to help local youth grow from cradle to career.

Supporting Teachers

We’re inspired the daily impact that teachers have in our communities. Our New Holland plant is one of White Sulphur Elementary Partners in Education, and our associates recently visited to recognize their staff on Teacher Appreciation Day.
