From health and safety initiatives to community involvement, our Code of Conduct acts as a guide to align Milliken values with associate actions. While many aspects of our Code of Conduct remain consistent year after year, it is a document that evolves as the workplace evolves. In 2018, we made updates to reflect a changing business environment, which includes further guidance on:

• Approaching business gifts and entertainment expenses
• Acknowledging social media as a tool to foster discussion and collaboration, while defining clearer expectations on responsible use

Additionally, Milliken’s global Ethics Help Line plays an important role in ensuring we continue to have conversations around honesty, integrity and responsible behavior.
