Our legacy in safety, championed from the beginning by the highest levels of leadership, is more than just a protocol — it is a means of protecting our associates to ensure the well-being of our entire community.

How we achieve success is as important as the success we achieve. A long-held core value of Milliken, ethical behavior is the foundation of our success in business, and furthermore, the expectation of every Milliken associate. We find ethical behavior sets us on a course we can be proud of and proves to be an ultimate differentiator in today’s global marketplace.
Through our work as a global innovations company, Milliken connects science with research and development to create products that enhance daily life. Those products, which you could come into contact with up to 50 times a day, may manifest in your life subtly to the point you aren’t aware of the potential impacts they can have.
Research and development can be a powerful tool for organizations. Connecting scientific, technical and creative insights to solve problems or enhance daily life is a credo that Milliken is proud to work toward every day.
